Delivery and Returns

No stock is held in the U.K. and therefore will be shipped to Pro rquip Sport direct from the manufacturer then on to the customer via 1st class Royal Mail.

Orders can take up 21 working days after order confirmation has been received. Delivery timing is dependent on any additional requirements of the order e.g. printing and embroidery as a third party embroider is required. Larger orders may take longer.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns on personalised items will only be accepted if the items are faulty.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

Garment Care

As with any personalised products that include heat pressing or logo printing, the use of tumble dryer’s may lead to peeling and damage to the print, this should be avoided as we cannot replace garments that are affected by this. We strongly advise against the use of fabric softener on printed and embroidered garments.
